The Founder

Joe Kingland, CISSP

Entrepreneur. Cybersecurity veteran. Builder of companies and the AI teams that run them.

Joe has spent over two decades building and securing IT operations — from nuclear submarine systems in the U.S. Navy to directing IT for Anytime Fitness's 4,000+ franchise locations, to serving as Chief Security Officer at Self Esteem Brands across 14 countries.

Since 2011, he's founded and scaled six companies — including Blue Team Alpha (cybersecurity incident response), Palisade Technology Solutions, Franchise Technology Group, and Klok Labs — building each from the ground up into multi-million dollar operations.

Then he deployed AI agent teams across his own operations. Not as an experiment. As the actual workforce.

Our Origin

The problem was real.
The solution was ours.

After fifteen years of building cybersecurity and IT companies, Joe faced the same problem every operator faces: too much work that didn't need a human, not enough budget, and AI tools that promised everything but delivered chatbots.

So he built something different. Private AI agent teams — not assistants, not copilots — actual agents with defined roles, running on his own infrastructure, handling real work.
